Hello everyone! Welcome to Chef Salim's recipe channel. In today's video, I'm going to show you how to make a mouth-watering stuffed beef steak. We'll start by preparing and tenderizing fresh beef steaks, then we'll create a delicious filling with mushrooms and vegetables. We'll stuff the steaks, bake them to perfection, and top them with a flavorful sauce. This recipe is perfect for a special dinner or when you want to impress your guests.
Ingredients:
Beef steaks
Minced lamb (for stuffing)
3 tomatoes
4 onions
3-4 carrots
5-6 peppers
Bowl of mushrooms
Sunflower oil
Seasonings: black pepper, red pepper powder, thyme, ginger, salt, cumin
Beef bone broth
Soy sauce
Cornstarch or wheat starch
Instructions:
Trim and slice the beef steaks.
Tenderize the steak slices using a meat hammer.
Prepare the lamb meatballs with pepper paste and salt.

    Anyone who uses a knife should learn to sharpen it by hand. I remember searching for stones that would work as a child. I don’t even want to know how many hours I’ve spent sharpening. When I can’t work , I sharpen.I just sharpened ten blades. It’s obvious to me that you have been at it a while yourself. There are some very affordable diamond abrasive plates in a multitude of grits available now. They’re cheap and long lasting. I’ve found them very effective for the initial work of grinding a new edge on a very dull blade, or changing the angle on a new blade. They’re good for when your traveling as they’re thin , light and will work without lubricants. Sandpaper works great too. Good tips Chef.👍 Eat some baklava for me and have a cup of coffee.

      Just buy Efepasa or Egetürk. They are quite similar and are the best of quality and taste. I guess its made in Germany buy Turkish Companies. Every Turk will tell you the same. you're welcome :)

      @@ChefSalimRecipes in our region I think it's rare whole year. The most cheap onion in Moscow is the yellow common one , but it's bitter. This summer most vegetables and fruits are like meat according to the price
